Refund policy
At Orbit Lore, each product is custom-made just for you. Because of this, we only accept returns or refunds for specific issues as outlined below.
Damages and Issues
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To initiate a claim, email us at hello@orbitlore.com with:
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the item showing the problem.
- Your order number.
We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if your claim is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Incorrect sizes, colors, or designs ordered.
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after purchase.
Please double-check your order details, including size charts, product descriptions, and personalization options, before placing your order.
Exceptions
We are happy to assist in cases of:
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged during shipping.
- Defective Products: Any manufacturing errors.
- Incorrect Orders: If the wrong item is shipped to you.
Exchanges
Since our products are made on demand, exchanges are not supported. If you require a different item, please place a new order after your claim for the defective or incorrect item is resolved.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note:
- Some refunds may take additional time to be processed by your bank or credit card provider.
- If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, contact us at hello@orbitlore.com for assistance.
European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason. To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to Report an Issue
To start the process, email us at hello@orbitlore.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Please note that any returns must be pre-approved by our team. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
